Hamilton-based consultants describe how they used Reel Two's Classification System to interpret citizen survey data
Dec 15, 2005
Reel Two's Classification System is being used to help automatically interpret survey data collected by the Hamilton City Council. In the December issue of "NZ Local Government" Hamilton-based consultants Paul Killerby and Martin Thomas describe how they applied Classification System to the task of sorting and summarizing responses from nearly 3000 Hamilton city residents about how to improve quality of life.
"Martin Thomas & Associates adaptive use of Reel Two's Classification System software in Hamilton helped to reliably and transparently refine thousands of ideas into a single page of community outcome statements" the authors write.
